Shipping Policy

The b2b.minhon.pt website aims to create an easy and practical shopping experience. If you order more than one item, you will usually only receive one parcel. However, b2b.minhon.pt reserves the right to split the delivery of your order if one of the items is delayed or unavailable. If partial delivery is required, you will be notified in advance by email.

We send orders to an address of your choice, except for PO boxes. When you finalise your purchase, the b2b.minhon.pt online shop allows you to choose a delivery location, which may or may not be the same as the billing address. This feature allows you to send a particular order to an address other than your usual one, for example to your place of work.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national public holidays, by express courier. Delivery times assume that there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses, force majeure, promotional periods, sales and Christmas). After registering your order and confirming payment, Minhon undertakes to dispatch it in accordance with the following delivery times:

Portugal - Between 2 and 5 working days

Portugal Islands - Between 2 and 7 working days

Spain - Between 2-5 working days

Europe and International - Between 5-14 working days

 

However, the available delivery methods and delivery times may change depending on the time of year or in the event of a stock shortage. In these cases, you will always be notified.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery destination. All delivery options relevant to your order will be displayed at checkout.

In times of pandemic, such as COVID-19, standard transit times may be longer than anticipated due to logistical delays and/or transport supply, as well as other types of constraints. In any of these situations, Linolito cannot be held responsible for delays.

At Minhon, you have the option of having your order delivered to your home.

Taxes and duties for countries outside the European Union

Taxes and customs duties are not included in the final price of our products. If you make a purchase in a non-EU country, please bear in mind that your parcel will pass through customs and may be held up. In these situations, the end customer is responsible for claiming their parcel from the local customs authority and assuming all costs associated with customs clearance.

Linolito (b2b.minhon.pt) is not responsible for possible costs related to customs duties.

 

Do you need your invoice?

The invoice will be sent with your order and will always be available electronically in your customer account.



Order changes and cancellations

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service and we will be happy to help you in any way we can. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, it is possible to make changes to your order regarding shipping and billing details.

 

Order tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of the order. When the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. With this number you can track your order, change the time, day of delivery and place of delivery.

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel because it is absent, it will be left at a Pickup shop near the address you provided. After the delivery attempt, you will be notified by the carrier and informed of the shop where you can pick up your parcel. In this case, the parcel will be available at the Pickup shop for collection for 5 working days and, after that date, it will be returned to b2b.minhon.pt.
