Exchanges, returns and refunds

Minhon focuses on a relationship of proximity and transparency with its customers, always endeavouring to make their shopping experience a positive one. In this sense, we want you to always be satisfied when you make a purchase from our online shop.

You can exchange or return items purchased from the Minhon online shop within 14 working days of receiving your order.

You can only exchange for another size of the item you have purchased. Due to system limitations, you will not be able to exchange for another item, so you must request a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method or by crediting the customer's account. We would like to emphasise that the cost of returning an order is borne by the customer, which is why we recommend sending it by registered mail, although this is not obligatory.

 

To make a return, you must send the items properly packaged to our address for the attention of Minhon Customer Service. Don't forget to include a copy of your invoice or your order number and the items, with their respective references, along with the items you want to exchange/return. Please note that the cost of sending items for exchange or return is the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend sending them by registered post. You must send a copy of your invoice or the original invoice with the item, as without this document we cannot accept your return.

Minhon reserves the right to refuse exchanges and returns if the communication was made after the established deadline, if the items are not in the same condition as when they were purchased or if they were acquired free of charge through competitions organised by the Minhon brand.

 

Returns Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy, otherwise they will not be accepted and the customer will not receive a refund:

- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

- The items have not been washed or used.

- When trying on the item, make sure you don't damage the item and/or the labels, so that the return will be accepted.

- Items bought with a gift card do not qualify for a refund.

- Products are complete (e.g. both items in a pair must be returned)

- Product packs (packages with more than one item) will be considered as a single item, so their wrapping must not be opened and it will not be possible to return them partially or individually.

- The products must have their original labels.

 

Refunds 


Minhon offers two options for refunding the amount paid:

Issuance of a credit to the customer's account for the value of the returned items, which can only be cashed in at the Minhon online shop within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of issue.
Refund itself, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund period can vary from 3 to 14 working days after we receive your return in our warehouses.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our team, your refund will be made using the original payment method, excluding the cost of sending the parcel. Throughout the returns process, we will keep in touch with you and provide you with all the information on the status of the process.

If you paid by ATM, we will need you to send us your NIB/IBAN in order to make the refund. As soon as we receive this information, we will make the refund. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which your order was sent.

Our aim is for all items to arrive in perfect condition and for you to always be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or does not match the description, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
