These General Conditions regulate the purchase and sale contract, concluded through the website www.b2b.minhon.pt between LINOLITO LDA, with registered office at Travessa D. Soeiro de Brito, lot 11, 4805 – 681 Brito, Guimarães, Portugal, with NIF: 509163246, as seller (hereinafter, Minhon), and the Buyer who, on that website, completed a Purchase process for a certain product.

1- Application of the General Conditions of Sale

When making purchases on the website www.b2b.minhon.pt, the Buyer accepts these General Conditions of Sale.




2- Product Prices

The Sales Price corresponds to the price in force during the purchase process and does not include VAT.

When applicable, the price of transportation and/or delivery is added to the purchase price of the product.

Minhon cannot be held responsible in the event of a computer, manual, technical error or error of any other origin, which causes a change in the sales, transportation or delivery price (including changes in the value of discounts) to the public listed in the Minhon website, so in cases where these are changed, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled, and the customer will be informed of this fact and any amounts that may, in the meantime, have been paid will be returned.

 

3- Availability of Products:

The online sales platform www.minhon.pt is built and designed so that the Customer knows in advance the availability of the product. However, Minhon is unable to avoid stock shortages, particularly those resulting from force majeure.



4- Product Presentation:

4.1. The products for sale are described and presented according to their original characteristics, in accordance with the information provided by the respective person responsible.

Linolito makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the Minhon website is free from typographical errors and whenever this happens, it will correct it as soon as possible.

If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase order.

4.2. The guarantees for products sold via the minhon.pt portal follow European Union legislation and the consumer protection code, and can be observed in the terms and conditions freely published on the website for consultation before purchasing in the European Union.



5- Orders and Payments:

The available payment systems are those announced on the Minhon website (Payment information) and may vary depending on the product chosen by the Customer, their area of residence and the chosen and/or available delivery system.

However, we explain them in these Terms of Conditions and Sales:

6- Delivery of Products:

All purchases made online will be delivered to the address indicated by the consumer when filling out the purchase form.

Delivery of Products presupposes advance or simultaneous payment of the price of the product and, when applicable, the price of transportation and/or delivery.

Deliveries are made during business hours (9:00 am to 7:00 pm) depending on the transport company and the carrier's route, as well as the shipping method selected.

Depending on the destination, shipping times can range from 1 business day to 14 business days. You can always consult our Shipping and Returns Policy.



7- Exchanges and returns:

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

7.1. Minhon.pt will accept the exchange or return of products, as long as this is done within 14 days from the moment the order is received by the customer.

7.2 You can only exchange the item you purchased for another size. Due to system limitations, you will not be able to exchange it for another item, so you must request a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7.3. Products must be delivered, in good condition, without having been tried on, in their original, undamaged packaging, along with the purchase invoice, offers and other content.

7.4. The return must be made in advance via the Minhon customer support line, via email info@minhon.pt or via the contact form, indicating the order number, products to be returned and their respective references, reason for return and, when applicable, indicate the desired product.

7.5. The products must be returned to the address indicated by the support line to the customer, with the respective costs being borne by the Customer.

7.6. When applicable, payment will be returned within 3 to 14 days from Minhon's verification of the returned merchandise.

7.7. Returns of products may be made by post and the Customer must indicate all aspects referred to in point 7.4. In any case, the return will only be accepted if the product and packaging are returned together with the purchase invoice and if the products are in accordance with our Return Policy. Information regarding the procedures to be followed can be found on the Minhon website on the Exchanges and Returns page.

7.8. Purchases made between December 1st and 31st have a return deadline of January 31st of the following year.

 

8- Responsibility regarding the use of the internet:

Linolito (minhon.pt) has no responsibility for possible damages or problems arising from the use of the Internet, such as external intrusions or computer viruses.

 

9- Order cancellation

It is only possible to cancel an order, in whole or in part, if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, you must immediately contact our Customer Support line. Make sure you have your order number with you.

Once the cancellation has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you used to place the order. We estimate shipping within 2 to 4 hours on business days. Normally the debit is not executed, however, if it is done, the consumer will be refunded the value of the canceled products.

*payments by ATM Transfer, we need your NIB/IBAN to be provided to our customer support line.




10 - Customer support

We ask that you send us your questions and suggestions, as well as any complaints or complaints, through our contact form, postal address (Travessa D. Soeiro de Brito, lot 11 Brito 4805 - 681 Guimarães, Portugal) or via email info @minhon.pt

Your complaints and complaints will be dealt with in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within a maximum period of one month.

If, as a consumer, you consider that your rights have been violated, you can forward your complaint to us via the email address info@minhon.pt to request an extrajudicial dispute resolution.

Please note that our opening hours are from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm, via telephone.



11- Applicable law and jurisdiction:

Portuguese Law applies to all issues related to these General Conditions.

To resolve all disputes arising from this contract, the Lisbon district court is agreed, with express waiver of any other.
